The 201 Questions Every Homebuyer and Homeseller Must Ask! February 6, 2005 Real Estate Investor (Indianapolis, Indiana, USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This book was PUBLISHED in 1995. That means it was likely WRITTEN in 1994. In the past eleven years real estate law and regulation has changed SO much that a very high percentage of the information and recommendations are outdated. In fact, the entire Second Chapter on Agency Law describes principles and laws that, while likely accurate at the time of publication, today are almost exactly OPPOSITE of our current laws and regulations. Many of the other chapters contain dated information and recommendations that, at best, mislead the reader. However, some of the general information is still relevant. In summary, you would be better off finding a more current publication dealing with real estate.
