AssetManage Lacks Technical Support June 30, 2008

I purchased AssetManage on 3/14/07. I have not been able to use the program since January of 2008 when I started having technical difficulies with it. I receive no answers from technical support or by phone -- the mailbox is always full. I resend my emails and call weekly, sometimes daily, to no avail. Too bad as I liked the program, but now I am on the search for a new one. The sad part is my hours and hours of inventory work are lost and I have to start from scratch again.
