Incredible Installation Problems July 9, 2008
As a previous ACT user, I looked forward to ACT for Real Estate. I had recently installed Office Professional 2007, and since I am not a "techie," I had my computer tech person present for the ACT installation. It was a nightmare from the beginning. I was unable to access Outlook -- email, calendar, contacts. I lost 8 business days and my tech person spent over 30 hours trying to get both ACT and Office to work together. He spent many hours with the ACT Tech line. I am returning ACT for Real Estate today and will be incredibly happy to see that box leave.
